I called a few other companies when my AC was not working and they either didn't respond or couldn't fit me in for a few days in the high heat. Lloyd at Mon-Dak heating and cooling got back to me in a timely manner, he had me try a few things to trouble shoot and isolate the problem before placing a service call in an effort to save me money. In the end they had to send a guy to fix some wiring which they did promptly and all good now! Highly recommend!
Had an issue with my furnace, blower motor went out and I installed a new one but it was getting too hot and shutting down. It was a cold snap and they were busy but they did take a few minutes to help go over it and walk me thru it and made me double check the direction of rotation on the new motor and sure enough i had it backwards. I swapped the wires and it works wonders now. Thank you MonDak for all your help and you'll be my first call for any future problems.
I was at the end of my rope, and the knot was slipping ! I stopped in and explained my situation to them. 100 degree days, my ac unit stopped working and I didn't know what to do. Rick explained everything, he and another person came out, on the same day ! They fixed my problem. The next day, it quit working again, I was so confused. Rick came back out and fixed it again and explained everything to me in a way that I could understand. I'm 60 and know nothing about this stuff. This company and these men are exemplary in the way they treat people. They didn't have to help the way they did. This shows the quality of character these folks possess. Thank you.
