“I've used Absolute Comfort 2 times. The first time wasn't an emergency, however, they treated it like one. They had us up and running again extremely quickly. Thankfully it was a small issue. This time around was an emergency. No heat in a North Dakota winter is not a good time for anyone. That being said, we did have some issues. Andrew took care of us every which way he could, to try and get our heat back on. I believe that these guys aren't out to see how much money they can get from you, seems pretty evident to me. They are out to see how many people they can make permanent customers. That is my opinion. I very highly recommend to anyone“

The response time, repairs, and overall service is outstanding. Even the small problems are important to them even though they are so busy. I was expecting to get an estimate, but Gavin figured out the issue right away, and fixed it on the spot.
