I've used Absolute Comfort 2 times. The first time wasn't an emergency, however, they treated it like one. They had us up and running again extremely quickly. Thankfully it was a small issue. This time around was an emergency. No heat in a North Dakota winter is not a good time for anyone. That being said, we did have some issues. Andrew took care of us every which way he could, to try and get our heat back on. I believe that these guys aren't out to see how much money they can get from you, seems pretty evident to me. They are out to see how many people they can make permanent customers. That is my opinion. I very highly recommend to anyone
They came out, worked fast, handled a miscommunication with little delay, and communicated well.

We had a great experience with our AC service thanks to Caleb! He was incredibly quick and efficient in diagnosing the issue and getting our air conditioner back up and running. Throughout the entire visit, he was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. He took the time to explain what was wrong, answered all of our questions, and made sure everything was working properly before he left.
