I've used Absolute Comfort 2 times. The first time wasn't an emergency, however, they treated it like one. They had us up and running again extremely quickly. Thankfully it was a small issue. This time around was an emergency. No heat in a North Dakota winter is not a good time for anyone. That being said, we did have some issues. Andrew took care of us every which way he could, to try and get our heat back on. I believe that these guys aren't out to see how much money they can get from you, seems pretty evident to me. They are out to see how many people they can make permanent customers. That is my opinion. I very highly recommend to anyone
If our experience this evening is how Absolute Comfort does business, call them! After hours, they answered second ring and Brian showed up shortly after. He diagnosed a bad primary limiter within 2 mins and after picking up the part, had us up and running. After that he took the time to explain the circuit flow from the negative pressure fan to the ignotor and other sensors so if something else quits in the future we can narrow things down before we call. Awesome experience without a doubt. Highly recommend!
If you're looking to have a gas line installed at a fair price, I'd definitely recommend Absolute Comfort! Their timeliness for the estimate and installation of the gas line was amazing!
