Called them late afternoon, Engineer Darren turned up before 8 o’clock next morning, investigated my septic tank drain and found several pipe breakages. Can’t recommend them enough, Darren did a brilliant job of identifying the issue, hard worker too.
We had an issue with bath water not draining away which no shop bought chemicals could resolve. When Carl from Drain Doctor arrived, he quickly diagnosed a much larger limescale buildup problem using a camera survey. He spent several hours descaling the entire pipework and kept us informed throughout the process. He cleaned up after himself and the price was reasonable considering the amount of work he had to undertake. I would thoroughly recommend Drain Doctor based on this experience.
