5:15 Friday afternoon. A/C went out. 105 outside. Called number. Dispatcher was cheerful, said call would be overtime as was after hours. (informed consent, thank you) Said he'd have a man over in about half an hour. Young man showed up 15 minutes later, did his work, and was gone 15 minutes later. Very nice young man, seemed happy to help. Absolutely best service I've ever experienced. Thank you.
Trent came out and was very nice. Fixed the issue within an hour and I can feel the ac much better within minutes. Great service and the receipt explains everything that he told me as well. Don’t get that often. Definitely recommend
