So we did some internet searching and thankfully found, Merle's Steam cleaning. Glenn's availability was immediate so he was able to get to it on the same day I was moving in. He didn't only take care of the carpet but did everything to remove the musty oder and some stains. A day later he called to check and see how everything turned out. I said the carpet looked much better but some stains remained and although the musty odor remained, it wasn't as bad.
