I was getting ready to move into an apartment and was extremely concerned with the condition of the carpet and a musty oder that was in the air. So we did some internet searching and thankfully found, Merle's Steam cleaning. Glenn's availability was immediate so he was able to get to it on the same day I was moving in. He didn't only take care of the carpet but did everything to remove the musty oder and some stains. A day later he called to check and see how everything turned out. I said the carpet looked much better but some stains remained and although the musty odor remained, it wasn't as bad. I am beyond pleased with the carpet and upholstery cleaning that was done in my house today. They got rid of stains I thought would never come out. I walked into my house and it smelled clean, instead of smelling like our puppy. I would recommend Merle's steam cleaning 100%.
