The air duct cleaning service was fantastic. They did an exceptional job and even able to show me a lot of pictures. I was so happy with the service that I even scheduled air duct cleaning for my daughter. One very small hole to access my air ducts, and it was perfect.
We were moving 100 miles to a home we had just purchased in Grand Forks. We also were moving out of an apartment in GF that we used when we visited. So it was critical that I could get our GF apt. cleaned after move out and our new home ready for move in while being two hours away. The Grand Forks team was at both locations on time and ready to go each time I drove a long distance to meet them. I greatly appreciated their punctual service, a rarity nowadays. The cherry on top was the thorough cleaning of the carpets at both locations. From scheduling to cleaning to billing, the staff were courteous and friendly. Thank you Steamatic!
Happy to share the excellent service I received this fall ('23) by Mike Coulter and Andrew Colton. These are two guys who deeply cared about customer service and displayed superior work ethic.
