I had an absolutely incredible experience at the Walmart vision center. After asking for help from several other optometrists in the area related to a very unique problem with my contact lenses, I spoke with Joan, the optometrist at Walmart vision center, and she was a breath of fresh air. She took time out of her schedule and answered all my questions and invited me to come in to get the help I needed. I couldn’t believe how kind and helpful she was.
After hearing no everywhere else, Joan and the amazing people at Walmart vision Center said yes and literally saved my trip! Thank you so much!
Ashlee was very kind, patient, respectful and honest in working with my parents and I trying to help my elderly mom find glasses. She knows all about insurances and was is accepted and not. If you are looking for glasses go see Ashlee at the Walmart in Fargo on 13 th Ave.
Can’t say enough about the help I received from Michael today in Walmart, vision and glasses! My brother is hospitalized and his glasses were broken. Michael fixed them up quickly and was kind and caring! In a day and age where people rarely take the time to be kind anymore-that means a lot!
