I wanted to update this review to reflect on the fact the owner reached out to me and made things right.Original review:Been using eyecare associates for years. This recent experience was different, there was a lack of the personal touch that was there in the past, the whole visit felt rushed.Added to this is the glasses I received do not work for me, I am still forced to switch to readers even with the new pre-scription. When I brought them back today, an hour after i picked them up, the staff was very rude and insisting I was wrong, like i cannot determine if glasses are working for me or not.The only remedy they offered was to have another eye check, which I have to...read full review
Had my annual eye exam yesterday at Eyecare Associates! They did a thorough exam and provided very good explanations on the various exams/tests. Everyone is very friendly (highly recommend Eyecare Associate!
Top Notch Customer Service from the time I walked in the door until I left. I went in looking for new glasses and they had the best selection that I had seen, and again were so helpful. Definitely recommend!
