Drew with Legacy Plumbing did a wonderful job and replaced the kitchen faucet shortly after we called. So polite, courteous, and efficient. We can't thank him enough for coming so promptly and taking care of the problem.
I woke up to a chilly house this morning, so I knew something was up. I turned on the fireplace to take the chill out, and then sent a message to Legacy. It wasn't an emergency, and that message went to them 45 minutes before they were open.
At 8, 45 minutes later, I called and talked to Courtney and told her it wasn't an emergency, but I probably wanted to get it checked out. She said someone could be available before 9. Like in 50 minutes. Wow!

Jaydon did a thorough service call. He was courteous and very knowledgeable. He did a detailed inspection and cleaning, and explained the results. Not sure how Legacy vets people when hiring, but every serviceman we've had has been super polite, respectful, and nice!
