When we received a good amount of rain, we unfortunately encountered a holiday disaster. Our sump pump decided to stop working and our basement was flooded. Thankfully, it's an unfinished basement with just the HVAC and water heater. The water level rose to about 16 inches! Thanks to a reliable recommendation, we contacted Marvin on the holiday morning.
