I can't say enough good things about Home Instead. I will start with Nicole and Kim, my first initial contact was with Kim and she had me excited in the first 5 minutes that we have found a place that would be thoughtful and kind with my mom. Since I do not live close to my mom, I worried about her. Kim and Nicole spent a lot of time reassuring me and that they understood and bent over backwards to find a caregiver that would blend with my mother's personality. They listened and they visited with my mom and found two lovely caregivers. They would do anything! Mom did not drive so they drove her wherever she wanted to go if she needed something done in her apartment for the holidays they helped her with that they were awesome. Plus the normal routine. They treated her like a humanbeing not a person with issues.
We are sad that mom is moving into a place that has their own caregiving staff. My hope Is that we can find someone as wonderful as Home Instead, to take care of mom the same way.

Home Instead was a true blessing for our family. During the last months of our mother's life, they provided not just care, but comfort and compassion.
