My mom lived at Eventide, Fargo, Care Center for over 7 years. Through those years, my family and I worked closely with staff, participated in every care plan meeting, strongly advocate for our minds care, and did not hesitate to discuss concerns with staff. The last year, our mother received total care. The care wasn't always perfect, but there was only once in seven plus years, that I felt the need to do an official complaint regarding an aide. As family members, we advocated for her dietary needs, because new aides do not always know. Her medical needs were met on a timely basis. Phone calls were returned timely.
