I would not recommend them for flooring. We bought cabin grade heart pine and at least 1/4 was unusable - split, not milled correctly, etc. We had to get big box porch pine to finish it. Extraordinarily disappointing. They offered to send more but it was too late in the project and they charge a lot to deliver.

Not a grand experience but in the end the installer prevailed to correct the situation. I would recommend being crystal clear on your need/looks. I would also only work with Jim the owner - not ever a general employee - he knows his wood and how it should be. The employee may not.

This place is the best! I acquired a small amount of old heart pine from a family member that I wanted to install in a small room (about 170 square feet). I called out there to ask, and I was immediately put on the phone with both the owner and processor, who took the time to explain what they could do. Again, this was not a large job, but they still treated with respect. I took the wood, and a little extra, to Whole Log to have it processed. They were able to get the square footage I needed while not having to use some wider boards that I hoped to preserve.
