The folks at Labonte plumbing are great. They have an office staff who returns phone calls, and always keeps you up to date about changes to the schedule. Hunter came to work on the house and explained everything that he was doing as he went. Half of the things that needed fixing were related to mistakes made by the previous company that was out a few weeks prior. So glad I ditched those folks and called Labonte. Plus, Labonte was much cheaper.

The receptionist, Anita, and service manager, Dave, literally saved my Thanksgiving this year!!! My shower had not not been properly providing hot water so I called to see if La Bonte Plumbing had availability to come out before Thanksgiving as I had family coming stay at my cabin in Todd, NC for the holiday and didn't want them to have to take a cold shower. While they did have immediate availability before Thanksgiving, Antia kindly made suggestions on what to google to find an emergency plumber near me. The next day I got a call from Anita saying they had a slot open up before Thanksgiving which was incredibly thoughtful of Anita to remember me needing a plumber....read full review

Responsive, professional and quality work done by LaBonte, they managed to make themselves my new go-to plumber with one job. Highly recommend them for any plumbing issues you might have!
