I called Miller Plumbing to have the water pressure regulator valve replaced in our condo. Mr. Fred Miller impressed me with his knowledge, experience and his professional manner over the phone. We had had an issue with the water pressure for a long time. I was told by other unit owners that their regulator valve was underground between the street and the foundation of the condo. Miller Plumbing sent a plumber to find the valve to replace it. A worker dug for two days and found nothing but an empty box deep underground, BUT he didn’t give up. I called and spoke with someone who was able to walk me through a fix for my kitchen sink over the phone. He could have easily come look at it himself and charged me for it, but instead he took the time to help me out. Really appreciate that level of professionalism. If I ever need something fixed, I'll give them a call!
