We took our elderly dog to Heartwood Animal Hospital for her yearly checkup. We wanted a place closer to home and more personable which the visit was just that and more! Dr Sheppard was awesome, attentive and friendly. The tech was awesome also! Both were what we've been looking for and we are so happy we took her there!!!
We started going to Heartwood two years ago and I’ve had the best experience every time we’ve been. Anytime we have needed something for our three dogs they have been able to provide our dogs care very quickly and effectively. Each visit the staff has been friendly and very accommodating when I have had to bring my children. The two veterinarians that we have seen have always been very thorough in explaining the tests/procedures that needed to be done as well as the at home care instructions. By far the best vet office around!
Dr. Murray and his team were more than amazing when dealing with an eye injury of my pug. They got us in right away, were very empathetic, and took care of our baby as their own. Thank you for offering support and encouragement during a difficult situation.
