My dog woke up with his eyes swollen shut, and YAH immediately stepped in to help. When I called, they told me I could bring him right in and that the doctors would see him as soon as possible. As soon as we arrived, a vet tech did a thorough assessment and walked through possible causes with me.

There was one appointment available at 11 a.m. with Dr. Bunting. Because my dog has severe separation anxiety, I chose to bring him home to relax and return later. When we came back, I was taken straight into a room with no wait. Dr. Bunting and another associate had already reviewed the morning notes before examining him again and confirming everything with me.

The entire staff was incredibly accommodating, gentle, and genuinely sympathetic to his condition. Their calm, careful handling helped him relax, and their clear communication helped ease my worries too. I couldn’t be more appreciative of the team at YAH.
