My feedback goes back to Frigi Temp's time in doing residential service. Back in July 2015 I called Frigi Temp to replace my HVAC and relay system. The process was initially fine but now, not quite 4 years later I have had to replace the blower motor, capacitor, and because of their inadequate installation of a new Zone Board, I had to have an additional transformer installed. All of which have cost me over $1000. When I called to see what they would be willing to do, I was essentially told "Sorry, but we don't do residential anymore". Please keep this review in mind before scheduling an appointment with this company. In my opinion they just wanted to keep coming out so they could keep charging my employer! I would give zero stars if possible.My place of employment recently had a HUGE AC problem. Water was leaking from the ceiling and causing some major issues. We called Frigi-Temp to come and do the repair. They came 3 times and each time they either said there was nothing wrong (which clearly wasn't the case because there was water everywhere) or that it was being caused by something unrelated to the AC system.
