So impressed with Appliance Repair Solutions. I have a 23 year old fridge that I called and left a message to see if I could have someone come out and take a look. They called me back later that same day, which is hard to get anyone to even return calls today, and was very personable and professional. I was able to get an appointment that same week and she told me Dave would call back with a 2 hour window on day of service. Not only did he call first thing that morning to give me a time frame, he also called and updated me to let me know when he was on his way and what time he was expected to arrive. David has been out to my house twice. The first time he quickly diagnosed and replaced a faulty blower fan in my refrigerator. The second time he quickly fixed a firmware issue with my dishwasher that was preventing it from being operable. In and out within about 30 minutes each time.
