Eastern Mechanical Group provides reliable residential and commercial HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, and Refrigeration services. Technicians arrive right on time and provide quick responses. Jake completed a pre-cooling season check quickly but took time to explain everything. Benny and his team did an awesome job. Benjamin was very knowledgeable, determined issues, and corrected them in a timely fashion, showing excellent customer service. Ottell was thorough and explained all work done. Bernavin was a pleasure to work with, troubleshooting, picking up parts from the warehouse, and keeping customers informed every step of the way. Customers are very happy with the same-day service and friendly, professional work.
I appreciate how quick it was to get an appointment. The technician was excellent, took the time to walkthrough the issue and then chat about tips on maintenance to get additional years out of an aging unit. Hard to imagine a better experience.
