So....had not been to the dentist in a while....eating pistachios one day...cracked a tooth...you know the rest :( i called riccobene and was seen within a day or so. The dental assistants, Dee and Heather were exceptional!!! So kind and pleasant and calming :) i had 2 visits. The front desk ladies were also very nice. Dr. MELANIE HAIRSTON, who was filling in for the dentist i was originally scheduled with, was amazing!!! Pleasant and funny and thorough and calming! She was so awesome that I purposefully waited until she was filling in again for my second visit. She was again so pleasant and jovial. She did excellent work on my tooth. I am super pleased. Did I mention I did not even feel the pinch of the needle when she initially numbed me? She is the kind of dentist that makes your blood pressure NOT go up when you see a dentist. So thank you riccobene for a great team and a great experience!

Hannah was absolutely amazing! My appointment was scheduled for 8:00 AM, and she called me back at 7:55, so we were able to get started early. I was in and out in less than an hour. She was professional, friendly, and made my X-rays and cleaning experience enjoyable. Her positive attitude and efficiency made for a great visit. I highly recommend Hannah and the entire team! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I wanted to give a shout out to Rochelle, the receptionist at Riccobene, as well as to Dr. Elizabeth Dixon, my dentist.
On Memorial Day, one of my tooth inlays fell out, leaving a gaping hole. I called the following day, spoke to Rochelle, who was able to schedule an appointment with my dentist within days. I expected to have had to wait up to two weeks just to be seen. But thanks to Rochelle’s adept scheduling, I got in quickly to get this resolved. And happily, Dr. Dixon was able to repair and reinsert my inlay quickly.
I am so grateful for both Rochelle’s and Dr. Dixon’s expertise and teamwork that quickly fixed my problem. This was an example of true customer service!

My experience was four stars. I would have given it five, but the elevators didn't work. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful and professional. They answered all my questions and concerns and described future work that may be needed.
