Front desk staff are very rude, not kind or patient at all with most of their patients. I give it a 2 because there are a couple nurses and doctors that are good. But front desk staff really ruin the entire visit… mom feels frustrated every time she has to go talk to them.

If it had not been for Dr. Jennifer Roberts my life would be so different but only for a while. I told Iredell county what was going on and I was swept under the rug. That is NOT Dr. Roberts..she heard me. And because of that I was diagnosed with stage 2 cancer not stage 3/4.
United Health Care is awesome. I'd bet my life on it. Thank you Dr Roberts and Jenny (her assistant).

Headed in for my second Covid shot. The first experience was a good one. Everyone was professional and did their jobs quickly which was impressive given the number of people they were treating at the time.
