I was at Ulta June 6, 2026. I picked out a few goodies and went to the benefit counter where I met Erin. I asked for a brow service she smiled, she chatted, she was knowledgeable, encouraging and lovely!! It was so refreshing to meet someone like her there! In a world full of bad experiences I have had at this store with awful employees to the point I usually buy online! I just had such a wonderful experience with her! I would go back to her and encourage others to book with her as well! Erin is effective and professional and upsold me some products as well! Thank you Erin!!

Needed to grab some hair care and try some new items. There was one worker who I almost felt like was following me around, but maybe that was just me . Iam going to give her the benefit of the doubt. but there was another worker who was extremely helpful to help me find the hair care products I wanted I spent $200 in there buying new things. I'm not really sure about how I feel about returning because of feeling like I was being watched. I'm a older lady. I'm a nurse and I have money to purchase things. On the other hand when I went to check out, there was a group of Latin teens who were very loud and laughing, a little profanity, and I understood them... read full review

I had such a wonderful experience at Ulta that I just had to share! I walked in right as they were closing (I know… not ideal ?), but the manager Daisy was incredibly kind and welcoming. She didn’t rush me at all… instead, she personally helped me find exactly what I was looking for.
I have chronic dry skin and came in searching for a product I’d been recommended, but they had just sold the last one. Instead of leaving it at that, she thoughtfully walked me through another option, explained why it would work well for me, and made sure I felt confident in my choice. She even guided me over to the checkout, which I really appreciated.
