Ulta Beauty is a large retailer offering over 25,000 products from 500 brands, including exclusive lines and conscious beauty options. The store provides a wide range of services, including hair, skin, and makeup services, as well as ear piercing. The store was super clean and everyone was polite. Great employees are kinder and took the time to give recommendations. The employees at the register were kind and explained the process better than anyone has before. For a great salon experience, Libby is absolutely recommended for all hair types.
I hate that this location is hit with shoplifting often, because they have great employees! Since the perfume is all locked away, Jen took the time to not only show me several, but also gave me recommendations based off of my preferences. Flora took the time to chat a bit checking me out! I’ll be back, they’re kinder than the one I usually go to :)
Went in today and found a new foundation at a reasonable price, the store was super clean, everyone was polite, I was greeted by multiple people, the employees at the register were kind and explained the process of signing up for the ulta credit card better than anyone has before! 10/10 experience!
I go to Hanes mall ULTA for Libby in the Salon and oh my gosh, I have never had a better salon experience. I have curly hair that has been ruined by so many different hairstylist who don't know how to work with my hair type, But Libby always has me walking out happy! Absolutely recommend her for ALL hairtypes!!! Love love love!
