Ulta Beauty is a large retailer offering over 25,000 products from 500 brands, including exclusive lines and conscious beauty options. The store provides a wide range of services, including hair, skin, and makeup services, as well as ear piercing. The store was super clean and everyone was polite. Great employees are kinder and took the time to give recommendations. The employees at the register were kind and explained the process better than anyone has before. For a great salon experience, Libby is absolutely recommended for all hair types.
Great experience. Lauren, the manager is so kind, very thoughtful and polite. She immediately helped me despite having to deal with the rudeness from an entitled female. I observed Lauren’s interaction with a lady this morning during the opening of the store and Lauren remained professional and extended exemplary customer service. While the lady tried to taunt her by constantly negating the posted store hours and disregard Lauren’s multitasking, Lauren maintained her decorum and tried to reason with her. My hat goes off to Lauren. Great job and I hope you see this, Lauren.

Very professional, knowledgeable, and so kind. We were very pleased with his help, and the makeup he recommended looked so good on me for the BTS concert 💅, all thanks to him!!! This is my go to Ulta! The staff are very friendly and helpful! Lauren is very sweet and knowledgeable about makeup, and Dayra does beautiful brows! If you want your brows done, definitely go to her!
