I've always had pretty good experiences at the Great Clips on Hanes Mall Blvd. I can only recall getting one bad haircut. No issues with online registering or wait times. I wish I remembered the stylist name from my most recent cut. She did a nice job, was very pleasant without being overly talkative. A pity you can't ask for a particular stylist to do your hair. Yes, all the notes are in the computer as to what sort of cut/style you had last time but personality counts for a lot as well.

I always go to this location. I love the ease and convenience of checking in on the app. Yesterday, was probably my best haircut ever there!
