Triad Detmatology seems understaffed. They only have one PA responsible for two entire facilities, now that Dr. Liu has retired. And no Dr on site. The PA (provider) that I saw did not even introduce herself when she came in. She seemed like she was in an extreme hurry the whole visit, trying to get out of there as soon as possible. While I think she is probably good at what she does, I was not made to feel like a priority.
The level of care I receive at Triad Dermatology isunsurpassed by any other dermatologist in town, andI've been to many. Kristine has been able to correctlydiagnose and treat my condition when others could not.It is apparent that she cares about her patients. Nursingand support staff are wonderful. I am lucky to havefound Triad Derm.
Have been going to Dr. Bennett for over a year and she’s always timely and such a delight to work with. It was easy to book an appointment and I was in and out within 30 mins. Highly recommend!
