I wrote down my appointment incorrectly and explained to them how I drove an hour. They advised me my appointment was in two weeks, and I was certain I was correct. I was totally wrong, yet the manager was extremely loving in her reaction to me. She even squeezed me in, when she could have easily turned me away. Excellent customer service. As for my microdermabrasion, it was excellent. I saw Carol, who was so sweet. The first time I came here, I saw Stephanie and she was also super sweet. I went for the first time today to this Spa. Hadn’t been to a spa in years but everyone I met there was amazing! Defiantly would recommend! I already made my next appointments I plan on going every month.
