The Spa at Highland Oaks

I had Deka laser done to face and neck. Very relaxing atmosphere, excellent service. this is my second treatment. The first was done 3 years ago. Love the results.

I moved to Winston about 3.5 years ago and found The Spa at Highland Oaks. I have been coming here off and on the whole time for massage. I was very consistent for a while but then the girl I liked left. But no matter where i went I always came back to Highland! I they are very well priced and friendly. But i do wish they would turn down the tv in the waiting area or remove it all together. I come here to get away and relax and with that thing blaring, especially when it is on a news channel, it kills the vibe. I muted it one time to find, to my surprise, there was actually really soothing spa music playing, that i could not even hear over the tv. Who knew. Overall though, from everywhere I have tried, best spot for a massage in Winston!

I am writing this review regarding Juliet Parks. She has done my eyebrows, eyeliner and lips. She is meticulous and very detailed. She takes great pride in her work and it shows. I could not be happier with the results and would highly recommend her if you’re looking to have any work done. She is a real professional and very lovely and personable.

Fantastic!

I had semi permanent lip brushing session with Juliet and it was phenomenal experience! I received so many compliments on lip color, and it really boosted my confidence! It was pain free, and she explained after care very throughly. I am amazed at result and I will definitely come back to see Juliet! Thank you,

Juliet did dermaplaning for me. It was my first dermaplaning and she did a phenomenal job! My skin feels and looks amazing. Juliet also worked on my lips. First, she is exceptionally kind and very professional. She also made my session virtually pain-free! Most importantly, Juliet goes above and beyond with her infection prevention measures, which I greatly valued and appreciated. When my session was over, I was extremely happy with the outcome and my lip color, and I am certain I will heal well because Juliet gave very thorough aftercare instructions.

I recently scheduled and had a swedish massage. Being my first " Swedish Massage" because I normally get deep tissue. I wanted a 1.5 hour massage. The massage therapist asked me if I was experiencing any issues and if there's was an area she needed to focus on. I said, I'd been having headaches and neck/shoulder pain. I was first disappointed the therapist placed her hand on my pelvic and back and held it there steady for 15 mins. She explained she was just feeling for any spinal unalignments, then she moved to my head holding my next in the air for 15 mins. I was so pissed bc that took 30 mins away from my 1.5 hour massage. So then my massage started. The Swedish massage was described as a relaxation massage. All I got was a lotion rub down with no real pressure of a massage. I did expressed my disappointment to front desk, but never offered to talk with the manage. She gave me another therapist card, but in the end my experience with this spa, I give it a 3. I would not return and I did not get my money worth.

Stephanie was lovely! The luxury facial was fabulous. My second time there. I would go again next time I'm in Winston Salem.
