He was professional to talk to and schedule, but his report lacked accuracy and completeness. When questioned about missing aspects Greg did give vague answers, but ghosted me when I asked him to correct error. My real estate agent confirmed error in report. One to two pics per area of concern, did not seem to really show issues mentioned in report.

Mr. Swing inspected our home as part of it's sell. He shook the upstairs toilet so hard that it broke the seal in the back, which was confirmed by the plumber that came in to fix it. The inspection was performed while we were out of town and we came home to a leak through the ceiling that resulted in a large portion of our hard wood floors having to be replaced. He refused to pay any part of it. Would not suggest using him unless someone accompanies him throughout the house.
