I needed a roof inspection done. After some browsing, I came across Holmes and Watson web page. I must confess that I get impatient with cumbersome/badly developed WEB pages. Their Web site was easy and to the point. After a short few minutes I was able to book an appointment, know the cost plus pay online, and receive a confirmation e-mail. The inspectors (2) were on time and spent approx. 1 1/2 hours looking in the attic area and on the roof. Before leaving they went over a few items and stated that I would receive a detailed report with photo's in 2 days. I received everything in a little over 24 hours. Happy, Happy!

I'm so pleased that I found this company! In the process of buying a flip, we wanted an inspector who could root out any issues before closing. They came in with infrared cameras to check for leaks, they were in every inch of the attic and roof and identified issues I never would have thought to look for. With contractor experience they were able to make reasonable and realistic recommendations and we felt confident in how to move forward. Our Realtors were even impressed! 10/10!
