Came in for a quick oil change and was very pleased with the outcome! for starts the service was EXCELLENT all around. From greeting being greeted with a bottle of water and some fruit chews, to the friendly nature of the manager and crew- this Take 5 is a shining example of why I am a return customer. Raphael and his team deserve praise!
The staff was very professional and friendly. They even showed me the oil on the dipstick, and explained the difference in oils when I asked. They informed me that I can come back for a free “top-off” and to get fluids checked too! I was very satisfied with how quickly the job was done!
Customer Service is their top priority and they don’t disappoint. I’m usually in and out in under 15 minutes, depending on the time of day.Everything moves fast so the wait time is minimal.Now, on to the staff. Always courteous and respectful. They inspected pretty much everything related to the service I need. Yes, cabin filters too.Ok, a big shout out to my mechanic, REEK. He was on top of everything. Taking care of business. He left no stone unturned. KUDOS TO HIM AND THE ENTIRE STAFF!!! See you in 3000 miles.
