I've been taking my clothes here for almost a year. My wife and I wear suits and sports coats 5 days a week. We spend a ton of money here.
The team that works here is always extremely nice. However, the past 5 trips I've asked multiple times each visit to not put creases in our pants. I stress this at drop off. Three of the past five visits have had creases. I know this sounds trivial but I feel like it's a simple ask. Unfortunately, I will not be returning.
Quality of product when serviced as requested is fantastic. I just can't get consistent requested service.

I moved to WS about 1 year ago. Sunrise cleaners was suggested by my realator. I have not been disappointed. Shirts are always perfectly starched and if there is a stain, which on occasions there are, they are quick to point it out and try and find a solution. I have no need to find another cleaners. I am very happy with the service and staff at this business.
