Excellent customer service and great care taken by the employees here. Amanda was very helpful and friendly. We were treated very professionally. We were not rushed and were able to take our time trying on glasses that the staff helped us pick out based on our style choice and face shape. They know what will work for you and it helps a lot to have knowledgeable and competent people helping you. Huge selection and the most competitive prices you will find in the Triad! Updated review. After speaking with Amanda everything has been fixed. My daughter received new glasses that fit her properly and addressed the issues with the doctor.
I have mixed feelings about this place. My child has Medicaid and I was told it would talk 1-1.5 months to get glasses. I was then suggested because of her severe eyesight to buy some. I spent $150 and my child says they hurt her ear. I went to get them adjusted but was told that the type of glasses I got were not really adjustable. This was only 1.5 weeks in. We are still having issues and I asked what if this continues? I was told we could just keep coming back for "adjustments"... read full review

These people are so patient, kind, & helpful. It took me a little while to decide what I wanted but she really went above and beyond to help me! Highly recommend!! Oh- & they accept Medicaid for anyone wondering!
