We hired this company to clean our couches all they did was wash it with some type of solution that didn’t really clean it and it left a smell plus our couches was rough after the 24 hour waiting period would plus over the phone they told me 270 after the guy was done he told me 330 I would not recommend

I did get a call they they were running late. So there was a 2 hour delay. No identification from the contractor who was not from Safe dry. Price was more than quoted on the phone and the person who arrived gave me a "Deal" that included a check to him directly and that seemed a bit shady to me. Carpet does not look any cleaner and just spraying something lightly on the carpet and then running a floor buffer over the carpet has no way of pulling dirt or pet hair out of the carpet.
I feel I was scammed.

Had a wonderful experience. My carpet is clean, looks good and smells good. Anthony did a great job, he was very polite and helpful. The cleaning even got some red clay stains off the carpet on my stairs. Their pricing was better than all the quotes I got in the area, definitely worth it. Very satisfied with the service and would definitely use Safe-Dry Carpet Cleaning again.

If I could give no stars I would I would not recommend this company to anyone I was scheduled Tuesday February 27th for a 4pm cleaning I was called at 3pm after I had moved all my furniture and informed that the technician had broken his equipment and the other went home sick so I was rescheduled for today 3/5/24 for 4pm I called at 4:07To verify someone was still coming out and I’m told the technician was injured today and can’t come out this is crazy I have moved the furniture in a living room, 2 rooms and a hallway twice now putting it back twice for no one to come out get it together safe-dry!!!

Had a great experience with Safe-dry! Our original appointment was booked for 8am on our last date with access to the home so we were on a tight clock. Our original cleaner had a family emergency so another cleaner - Damian was still able to make that same day appointment! Thank you Damian!Services: Carpet steam cleaning

One star is way too much. You cannot imagine the unending grief you will encounter if you work with this company. I called the day before to confirm the appointment. Rather than coming on time, I gotta call after the time scheduled, that the truck had 'broken down' .If that was true, I would've gotten a call before the scheduled time. I driven 214 miles round trip to be out there, to greet the carpet cleaners. Instead I had to go home empty handed. I finally got them to come the next day , but only after about 15 text exchanges and another 6 or 8 phone calls. This group talks a good game, but the reality is that they will let you down big time and still make it seem as if somehow you are the culprit. Please, do yourself a favor and go someplace else. You cannot succeed working with this company. The only thing that can happen is you will have unending grief, and kick yourself for not studying the three reviews posted here.As a capper, when I called them after the job was FINALLY completed, I got out on hold for 11 minutes... seriously. You have been warned.
