Queen Nail is such a warm and friendly environment for a Nail Salon!The staff does amazing nails and are very personable!! They are EXTREMELY creative in their nail design, and their prices have remained VERY competitive over the years!!!I have used their services off and on for 24 years and have ALWAYS loved my nails!! They have never disappointed. ???

If you have long nail this is the place to go I've never had a problem with any service I've gotten here ive been coming here for 4 years now and I will not be going anywhere else it's definitely worth the wait and the price stays the same so I always know what ill be spending.

Queen Nails is the SPOT! My Aunt Jackie was a regular and faithful customer for over 20 years until she made her transition from this earth, and my mother has diabetes and won’t let any but Lisa touch her feet because she does them so well. My sister and I both just moved back to Winston-Salem, and now we are faithful customers. Yep, it’s a family affair. LOL That pedicure will make you fall asleep!
