I have a PM contract with PSM and it’s been great. Today, something wasn’t right with one of units (commercial) so I called to see if anyone could come out. They sent 2 guys within 2 hours who diagnosed and fixed the problem. So appreciative.

Piedmont Sheet Metal is by far the best HVAC company in the area! They not only offer prompt service but go the extra mile to offer the customer great satisfaction. The schedulers are polite , prompt and knowledgeable. I had service at two places in one week and they offered quick reliable service both times. Frank the technician was very pleasant and knew his stuff. He went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied and that my concerns were met. I needed a part that he didn’t carry on his truck but he found it and assured he would be back within a day to remedy the issue. I urge anyone needing HVAC service to call this company.
