Top notch service & care! Everyone at Pet Haven has been patient & so very kind with my rescue pups - one has been abused & requires extra TLC.
He is normally frightened of anyone new especially men - but when we walk in to Pet Haven, he’s excited to be there & will happily go with any one of the staff! That’s how I know they are both well taken care of.
The expert groomers always individualize their haircuts: we talk about what worked well last time, what we will do different this time. They lay out options & provide choices.
Sammy & Ginger ALWAYS look fantastic - the little extras - the kerchiefs & bows are a sweet touch!
