In WS to visit family and decided to try PAZ Studio to continue my practice while away from home. Great space, and great mix of yogi experiences. I felt encouraged and inspired by so many great practices around me. Elliot offered and amazing class with the right level of freedom to try your own variations and the guidance on small details to take your practice to another level. A simple point from him allowed me do my first forearm stand ever. Loved it. Will definitely be back every time I am in town.

Excellent staff and instructors! The studios are located in the Arts District of Winston Salem. Great location with lots of parking available and the best dining experience around. Paz also has a boutique with a great clothing line, Lululemon, Prana, Spiritual Gangster to name a few and many other accessories to compliment your taste. Michele Sturtz (sole proprietor) has given WS a perfect place to decompress from a stressful day or release tension.

It has taken me a long time to find what I love! As "into" it as I was before my 2 year old existed, I've never felt it as I do now....through Elliott, I have to say! The space is amazing and I thank you Michelle for providing that to this town! If you want to build your mind and body combined, this is your home! �
