I originally left a negative review reflecting a very frustrating experience with this firm — poor communication, a drawn-out process, and a difficult conversation with a staff member that left me feeling dismissed as a client. Those experiences were real and I stood behind every word.

However, I want to update this review because the owner reached out to me personally. The call was professional, sincere, and he made it clear that my concerns were being taken seriously. That kind of accountability matters and it deserves to be acknowledged publicly just as the original experience did.
