My normal eye doctor couldn’t fit me in when I needed to be seen so I decided to try this place. The employees were very nice, but the doctor sees you via Zoom. They didn’t have my contact lens prescription in office, so they put me in the wrong powered lenses, corrected the wrong prescription with some glasses, and had me read the letters again. When I couldn’t see well, we had to wait for the Zoom doctor to be available again. When I said I couldn’t read the line he asked me to read, he insisted I guess what the letters might be and declared the prescription correct. Dr Hannah Bowser. After my awful experience with Eyecare Center, I went to Dr. Bowser on Harvey Street. It’s just right off of Stratford Road. Not only is she pretty as a picture. I’m a 63-year-old woman so you know not to take that the wrong way.! But she was right on time, didn’t have to wait on her! she was very conversive and interested in my life. She explained things that she needed to do during the exam in a way I could understand. she did the exam quickly, efficiently and was just very pleasant to be around, as well as her staff. Sarah J was the representative that assisted me with my glasses . I will be connecting with her each time I come to this location due to her being so politely and friendly . I will recommend her to family and friends.
