I live about 3 hours away from WS and I called them with an emergency about my contacts. I had gotten something on them, I couldn’t see and I could barely drive. Not only did they find an emergency pair for me, but they gave them to me for FREE! Now, I don’t expect that they go around giving away free stuff all the time, but I do know that it shows they are particularly sensitive to their clients’ need and are willing to do anything to help. I would HIGHLY recommend.
