When looking at prior reviews, most of which are over 2 years old I came to the conclusion that things must have rapidly declined. While the staff is friendly and knowledgeable the building has some major issues. I needed to use the restroom and there are some plumbing issues. I also saw evidence of mice... Eww 🤢. If I am not mistaken I also saw video recording equipment. Being recorded and fear of mice are not something I care to encounter when I am getting my hair done. I will not be returning to this salon and I would advise you to think twice before you book an appointment.

We called ahead to see if they could do a cut and color on my hair, the lady on the phone said we could go to the salon and they would look at my hair because they were not busy. We got there and as soon as we walked in, we saw nobody was wearing a face mask. They also said they were booked for the day, but nobody was even getting anything done to their hair, everyone was just sitting down.
