I've worked with both ladies working in this salon. They are both kind and informative about the process and are very professional. I feel comfortable in their environment and feel cared for whenever I am there!
I really love my Sisterlocks! During my consult, Makeda answered all of my questions and then some. It has been 4 weeks, since my initial establishment. Any questions that I have (had), Makeda responds with an answer. I just had my first reti and was pleased with my loctician's praise. Makeda equipped me with all the necessary tools, to get through those four weeks with very little worry. The establishment process is long but you take breaks, you have a television to watch, good conversation....you'll be totally comfortable. I really like the appointment reminders that come to my phone and email. I like early appointment and Makeda is accommodating.
Makeda started my sisterlocks approximately one year ago. She is great at what she does. Conversations flow well. I wouldn't go any where else. She's stuck with me. She did this style for week about a week prior to the picture being taken.
