I’ve tried calling a few times to gather more info and never got a call back. So I tried going down to the facility and spent 20min walking around the building trying to find it. Never found it.

I miss taking yoga classes with Kristen. She brings all aspects of yoga into her classes and trainings. If it weren't for her I'd probably still think yoga was all about poses and stretches. It goes so much deeper than that and she is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to the history of the practice. Definitely recommend her classes and teacher training. She will leave an everlasting impression on your practice and your life. ❤️✌️

Kristen is an excellent teacher, especially with guiding new teachers as they find their way. She helped me gain trust in my body and in my abilities. If you’re thinking of attending her classes or teacher training, go for it! It will be one of the best decisions you make.
