I purchased a groupon for this business. I was very excited but I drove 30 minutes to find out the business has closed down. This business is no longer in operation. I will be trying to get a refund. This was a very annoying experience because I was so excited. I do not understand why my appointment was booked online through the service if the place has shut down.

I purchased a Groupon for 3 microdermabrasions and made three appointments online for the service. The night before my first appointment, I received an email that my appointment had been canceled without reason. I attempted to contact the spa and received no answer or returned call. In her voicemail she suggested texting so I texted her and my message was left on "read". I rebooked another appointment online for the following day to replace my canceled one and confirmed online. I received no confirmation call or an email of cancelation, so naturally I arrived 15 minutes early to my appointment and the door was locked. I waited in my car for 15 minutes after my appointment and no one showed up or called to let me know that no one would be arriving. I tried contacting the business twice since arriving at the place of business and no one answer either time. This place seems like a scam and I am super annoyed that I drove out here only to have no one here. Very unprofessional.

She knows what she's doing and I'm so thankful I found her for the microdermabrasions and now I'm doing chemical peels to help discoloration and pigmentation around my chin. And her place is really cute. I've been going to her now for 6 months . highly recommend

I drove all the way from Greensboro and no one was at the office. I drove 35 mins and no one bothered to tell me they couldn’t be there. I will not return.
