Paula is an amazing stylist, she’s educates me in all the treatments , processes and products that’s used during my process. She’s a great listener and is always makes it here priority to understand and resolve any concerns I may have. 100/10

I can honestly say that my visit to hair club in Winston-Salem is one of the most pleasurable experiences I have. The people there are super nice and all my needs are met. I am totally happy with my experience there.

We have been going to Hair Club Winston Salem for 3 or 4 months, and our (my husband and myself) have had the best experience. They are professionals, but so very personable. The director, Cindy was very knowledgeable and helpful. Both of the stylists, Jennifer and Trish, are talented and just a delight to have them working on our heads. Tracey, the first face you see is always helpful, offering drinks and snacks, trying to accommodate with scheduling. All in all that's a great office.
