I've always had pretty good experiences at the Great Clips on Hanes Mall Blvd. I can only recall getting one bad haircut. No issues with online registering or wait times. I wish I remembered the stylist name from my most recent cut. She did a nice job, was very pleasant without being overly talkative. A pity you can't ask for a particular stylist to do your hair. Yes, all the notes are in the computer as to what sort of cut/style you had last time but personality counts for a lot as well.

I got my hair cut today by a lovely young lady that goes to WSSU. The reason im commenting is bc I really feel like my hair looks better than usual after a cut. The conversation was like water flowing down a river. She knows what she is doing.

I always go to this location. I love the ease and convenience of checking in on the app. Yesterday, was probably my best haircut ever there! Taneisha cut my hair, explained what she was going to do to make my part lay better, and it just looks great!! Thanks for taking your time, giving me a better solution, and a great cut!
