Erin has done my hair personally and also done hair & makeup for my photo studio for multiple years! She does a fantastic job and I can tell you, my clients LOVE her!! I am so excited to use this salon for services, but they will not return my phone calls. I spoke to a very nice person there to schedule an appointment 3 weeks ago and he said he would get back to me to confirm the time. I called again a few days later and have left messages 3 times with no return call (since Sept 8th). I was given a generous gift card for my birthday and was really looking forward to using it at this salon.Update: The owner returned my call and I am scheduled. I will write a better review after my experience with this salon!

Needs to change address. Went to robinhood address no longer there.BIG disappointment.So got a nasty reply from the owner. So here is this from the website. Both address are there. So glad you would rather be right than have a customer. Maybe im not the Right customer. Anyway the appointment was in another name my mother's not mine. So now you really won't know. Thanks for your GREAT customer service business ethics.

I was in contact with them a month before my wedding. My wedding is at 7 today. We confirmed with them that someone would meet me at the salon since it is a Sunday. I sat on their front steps for an hour waiting for someone. No one came. I was reassured multiple times a stylist would be there for just me before this.

Horrible customer service. They called me when I was ON THE WAY to my appointment to tell me they were canceling. Very unprofessional considering my appointment was to prepare for a wedding that day and put me in a stressful situation. They did not even apologize or seem sympathetic whatsoever.

My wedding was rescheduled due to COVID and they fit me and my bridal party in last minute. They even made us feel safe with the precautions they were taking with COVID- wearing masks, sanitizing everything, etc. We had a blast during the appointment, and everyone’s hair and makeup looked fantastic! I can’t wait to use them again.

Friendly staff and fair prices across the board. They are at a temporary location right now because they are opening a new salon and we are excited to see what it is like. My girlfriend says that Victoria is very professional and took care of her the way she wanted and on the first time!
